OV Pavilion-Arch of Kuwait

This pavilion was produced to demonstrate the abilities of Kuwaits College for Architecture, and the concept behind this form was inspired by a snails inability to hear. Snails perceive sounds as vibrations that reacts to the shell, this allows the snail to move away from the direction of the source of sound. And as you walk through the pavilion you would notice that some of the panels are protrudes inwards, this signifies the interpretation of 'the sight of sound'; the louder the sound the bigger the vibration, hence the protrusion would be more intense.
